Late Arrivals
- A five minute window will be added to the start of shift before anybody is considered late.
- If the employee is going be late and wish to stay, they must call before the 5 minute window ends. (1 late arrival will apply)
- If the employee never arrives after calling in late, a no call no show will apply. (A second Call is Required to let us know if employee decided not to come in instead of just being late.)
- If the employee is going to be late and wish to stay but can't call, they must arrive within15 minutes past their scheduled shift start time.
- All arrivals (without calling in advance) past 15 minutes of their shift start time will be sent home, and will be considered a no call no show.
- All Employees will receive only 1 “no call, No show” for the year. A no call no show is considered when an employee miss work and doesn't notify their supervisor within 15 minutes past their shift start time.
- Employees who work 4/5 days a week will receive 16 passes for the year. (A combination of late arrivals, early departures and longer lunches)
- Employees who work 3 days a week will receive 10 passes for the year. (A combination of late arrivals, early departures and longer lunches)

Excused Days Off
- Same day Doctor appointment call ins are no longer excused. (Must submit a request for time off with a minimum of 36 hours in advance and provide doctors note. (The 36 hours in advance is for us to find coverage)
- All Call ins and time requests must go through our app. If your phone is not working or having difficulties with application, employee must call the store and speak to supervisor or store manager. Talking or texting your friend/coworker is no longer accepted.
- If your phone is not working, you are having difficulties with our app and its out side of store business hours Please submit a request for day off or a late arrive notice through the portal under contact us Tab.
- Ond Mental health Rest day allowed per year.

- 3-5 excused days for a close relative's funeral service. Some type of documentation will be required.
- 0-90 excused days for maturnity leave (Same Schedule not guaranteed when you return)

Attendace
- Employees who work 4/5 days a week will receive a total of 16 days to miss work for the year. (A combination of Sick, Personal and non excused days)
- Employees who work 3 days a week will receive a total of 10 days to miss work for the year. (A combination of Sick, Personal and non excused days)

Trades
- We have no problem with employees trading days off as long as both employees agree and understand; that we are not responsible for hours lost due to trade and that no over time will apply if you go over your assigned 40 hours due to trade.

I need A break!
- All employee who has the need to sit down and eat during non break / Lunch times need to clocked out.
- Employees who are not feeling well, having a bad day and need to rest for a few minutes. Please feel free to do so, Notify your supervisor and clock out.

break & Lunch Times
- 15 minutes of break after 2 - 3 hours of work.
- 45 Minutes of lunch after 4 – 5 hours of work and if a minimum of two hours have past from previous time you took a break
- Returning from lunch and sitting down to eat because you didn't have enough time is not allowed.
- Taking a longer lunch will result or will be seen as a late shift arrival. Refer to the policies and procedures for more details.
- Only one employee at a time can go to lunch/break per deparmert for coverage purposes.
- Please go at the assigned time or youll throw off the rest of the employee.
- Remember that someone is waiting on you to return from lunch in order for them to go to their lunch.
- Please refer to daily schedule for times.

Employee Discounts
- All employees are eligible for a 40% off.
- The discount can only be applied to Thrusday purchases.
- The discounts can only be applied to immediate famility members (Mother, Father and siblings.
- Nothing wrong with occasionally offering you discount to a friend. but if it gets out of hand it could have negative effects on the discount in the future that will affect everyone.
- All employee purchases must be checked out by a supervisor or manager.
- No self checkout is allowed if you are a supervisor or manager.
- Employee Must Pay For Any Unauthorized Discount Given To Customer.
- Employee must pay for the difference with mislabeled wigs.

Customer Discounts
- Discounts to customers are only available on wigs on special circumstances. Please refer to the wigs section under training for more information
- Employee Must Pay For Any Unauthorized Discount Given To Customer.
- Employee Must Pay For Difference With Mislabeled product.
- Supervisors and Managers are authorized to issue a reasonable discount if it involves satifying an upset or disappointed customer. other restrictions apply. please refer to Supervisors/Manager tabs under training for more information.
- If one item has two prices and there is no evidence that it was manipulated by customer, the lowest must apply. If the customer is purchasing more than one of the same type of items and one of them has two prices, it is up to the supervisor or manager on duty to apply the price to jus the mislabeled item or to all of them

CCTV
- We currently have 32 Surveillance Cameras Recording At All Times.
- Cameras are present to help with store, employee and customer safety.
- They can be also be used against our customer and Employee. Theft, Low Productivity to mention a few examples.

Dress Code
- No Political Shirts
- No short shorts or skirts
- No crop tops
- Chanclas, sandles, or open toe footware is not recommended due to many sharp objects like hooks, shelve corners, and wooded stages.
- if worned it will be at your own risk.
- No high heels
- When selecting your work outfits consider the 3B's; No Butt, No Boobs, No Bellys.
